The Milestone of Constant Pharmacy |
Established in 1996, Constant Pharmacy chain of pharmacies is currently managed by Mediconstant Pharmacy Sdn Bhd. Today, we have emerged as one of the fastest growing community pharmacies thus making us one of the leading healthcare retailers in Klang Valley, Malaysia.
In year 1997, Constant Pharmacy became the first community pharmacy in this country to have its patients’ database and medical history computerized to provide the much needed pharmaceutical care.
December 2001, Constant Pharmacy launched its Constant Health Card, making it the first community pharmacy in this country to have such customer loyalty program to reward its customers with Constant Cash Voucher. None of pharmacies would take such commitment in its Customers Relationship Management like us till today.
In year 2002, Constant Pharmacy centralized its business operation with DCA approved warehousing and logistic system, transforming from independent to chain pharmacy. Since then, Constant Pharmacy works on its Suppliers Relationship Management with the pharmaceutical suppliers to ensure only products that are in good quality and beneficial to the community would be listed.
February 2003, official homepage www.constant.com.my of Constant Pharmacy was launched making it one of the highest hit of Malaysia website. Constant Pharmacy also became the first pharmacy having its hotline number for the community to reach us.
Since year 2004, Constant Pharmacy has been providing Continuous Pharmacy Development for its pharmacists at least every quarterly, to make sure all our pharmacists are equipped with the latest healthcare knowledge.
December 2004, Constant Pharmacy volunteered to work with Malaysian Red Crescent Society to pledge for public donation for the tsunami hit countries, through its generous customers and staff, Constant Pharmacy had raised RM15,000.00 surpassing many other organizations for the cause.
Since year 2005, Constant Pharmacy has been engaging professional trainers to provide training on Quality Customer Service (QCS), Product Knowledge and Team Building to all level of its staff, to ensure all staff are at all time competent to provide the best healthcare service.
November 2006, Constant Pharmacy became the first pharmacy in this country to provide Easy Payment Plan to allow payment is made through monthly installment for selected healthcare products.
What makes us continue to stand out from the others are Our People’s Commitment of placing the Integrity of healthcare practices above all, and the Quality and Innovative Customer Service (QICS, pronounced as
Quick) that we provide.
